Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the cottage. Please do not go to the main house at the back of the property.



The Neighborhood:

Located on a peaceful, quiet, country road about 10 minutes from downtown Round Top.



Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Parking is available onsite.



Other Things to Note:

Age Requirements: Must be 22+ to rent this home.



Pre-Arrival Requirements: As part of our guest screening process, a copy of your ID will be requested after your reservation is confirmed. You will also need to sign a rental agreement prior to your stay.



Accident Protection: When you book with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for accidental damages up to $3,000 with an added fee of $59 included in your total. Full coverage details are provided in the rental agreement. This coverage applies to all bookings.



Security and Liability Notice: External cameras are installed at the front door for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. Hosts may monitor external cameras via a secure smartphone app. Cameras must not be tampered with or covered under any circumstances.



CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, except for spring/fall/winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld, no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



OPTIONAL FEES - We offer additional services that may be available for an additional fee (must be pre-approved by the host, non-refundable):

* Late Check-Out - $35/hour



Please note that sightings of common insects or wildlife (such as skunks, snakes, scorpions, spiders, flies, wasps, mice, ants, etc.) do not qualify for refunds, as occasional encounters are possible in any rural environment.
