We are a pet free house.



Security - Your safety and privacy are our top priorities. A doorbell camera is installed at the entrance, focused solely on the entry area. There is also a camera on the south side exterior of the house. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the camera or any other aspect of your stay, please feel free to reach out.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, and the 3 acre lot.

While tucked away from the hustle, you’re still within easy reach of Fayetteville’s vibrant amenities: a short drive brings you to downtown Fayetteville, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.



At the same time, the semi-rural setting gives you access to open land, quiet surroundings, and an authentic “country escape” feel — ideal for relaxing, enjoying the outdoors, or even exploring the acreage.



Getting Around:

The home is set in a peaceful, semi-rural area west of Fayetteville, offering a quiet retreat with convenient access to town. Approximate drive times: Downtown Fayetteville & Dickson Street (15 min), University of Arkansas (15 min), Devils Den State Park (20 min), Prairie Grove Battlefield State Park (15 min). Walmart Delivery, DoorDash, and Uber are all available to the area.



Other Things to Note:

- Events - This goes without saying for most guests, but we have to mention it. You agree that no parties or events, no illegal activity, no carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, or inappropriate anti-social behavior will take place during your stay. If guests are found to have had a party, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, or if guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs onsite, the authorities will be notified, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.



- Smoking - No smoking allowed.



- Pets - No pets allowed.
