It was very clean and quite comfortable for the two of us with a nice bed and bathroom. The setting is also nice for sitting outside to have our breakfast coffee and cook on our portable Traeger. ”

”This was a great property for our family (with small kids and a dog) for a long weekend to New River Gorge NP. The house was well equipped for us all. The kitchen had all the basics needed, a small charcoal grill on the deck, a firepit with firewood, a restaurant style highchair for our 1yr old, basketball game and foosball table for the 5yr old, basic supplies like dishsoap, laundry soap, papertowels, tp and whatnot. ”The kitchen was fully stocked, even had fun little extras around like ingredients to make s’mores and microwave popcorn. Board games, great front porch. Private driveway. The host was so easy to communicate with and always responded promptly to all my questions. Highly recommend. Shout out to Wendy, she really helped my stay be a pleasant one with her understanding. ”

”The owner never sent me the door code. I arrived at 5pm (check-in is at 3pm) and realized I had not received arrival instructions so I tried contacting him with no success. I spent about an hour on the front porch trying to figure out what to do. VRBO care team was trying to reach him by phone and never got an answer. The care team was very helpful —they ultimately had to refund me and I ended up at an area hotel instead. ”
