”Loved the location nice stroll down to Beale, lots to explore and see nearby. We stayed two nights and didn’t use our vehicle at all. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, clean, staff so friendly, highly recommend you stay at Arrive when visiting Memphis.”

”This place has true old southern hospitality. The whole town was like that! We visited everywhere. No disappointments. The hotel was magnificent. We just returned from Japan. Hospitality there second to none and the Peabody and Memphis felt the same.”

”Rooms are shabby. Old, really bad. Unsafe - no personnel on site. Parking was in an open, unmanned garage in forth floor with no access to elevators for hotel guests. All contact is through text messages. No elevators. Felt like a 2-star property. Miles away from what is advertised on the internet. We felt cheated. It felt like a dress delivered which is old and torn with the vendor refusing to refund the money. There are at least 10 properties nearby which are ten times better at the same cost.”

”Everything was exceptional! This is our 2nd stay at the property and it was wonderful! Will definitely recommend it to everyone.”

”I love the Westin but this one needs some love. This place needs a deep clean. The carpets are dingy, there is a lingering smell. There was a weird dip in the bathroom floor and a shower curtain that doesn’t fit the Westin aesthetic. Water was not stopped by the curtain as it was too short. Water pulled in the floor. Unfortunate.”

”This hotel is located right next to Beale Street. Some rooms might be noisy during night time. We had a luxury to stay room not being to the Beale Street. The parking is located in near building and the parking cost is much more lower when purchased from the hotel than from parking service provider.”

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”This is a chic laid back Centrally located hotel / Kitchenette, spacious Rooms , sink , full refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave oven. They have wonderful staff that are there to accommodate you and answer Questions. I Must Say The Downside is The 3pm Check in, otherwise A great Hotel. Walking distance to Beal Street and the Civil Rights Museum. People use the Pool, Exercise room and The Free Breakfast is A Major Plus , make you Own Waffles, That was New 😂 The Coffee is Also good”
