”Very nice hotel - better than expected. The shuttle takes a long break in the morning. I was told it runs every 30 min, but there was an hour and a half break in the morning, so I had to get an uber. It worked out but was unexpected. ”

”I liked nothing. First set of keys didn't work. No vending machines. Staff was rude. No fan in bathroom. Shower sucked. Only one pouch of regular coffee for a king room. Breakfast buffet was horribly lacking. No one at the desk to get me a receipt. Toilet was like sitting on the floor. And not enough towels. Definitely a 1 star hotel trying to pose as a 3 star plus. Attrocious.”

”I really wanted to give this hotel five stars because the breakfast every morning was perfect. The hot tub was amazing, the staff very friendly and helpful, and we loved everything about the room. However, unfortunately, after staying for five nights, we realized that we both developed extreme itching from bites/rash of some kind all over our legs after sleeping in the bed so I believe they need to investigate what that might be and maybe make sure the bedding is being changed properly. ”

”Problem from the get-go. I arrived at around 11:20pm (due to a delayed flight). The front desk clerk was not present for a few minutes. When he came out he told me my reservation was not available anymore since I was so late and that I received an email explaining that, which I didn’t. He had a very heavy accent so perhaps it was lost in translation but eventually he gave me my prepaid room. My room seemed like it was not properly cleaned and there was a big red carpet stain next to the couch...

”The rooms could use some updating but for the price and a quick place to stay, it's fine. What was disappointing, after taking a shower at night the tub never drained by the 11am check out.”

”No in room coffee! Breakfast did not meet expectations... we opted for Starbucks instead.”

”Airport shuttle was a big help. Huge room. When I was having a problem with the tv remote, a hotel staff came in no time. There was no schedule for room cleaning but I was able to ask for towel and toilet paper from the cleaning staff on the corridor. When i returned in the evening, the bed was made. Room was clean to begin with. Breakfast was ok. Sausage was dry, the patties were better. Coffee and waffles were good, sometimes batter was empty. Overall happy with my stay.”

”This place was the best place we have stayed at during our travels - very nice room , great breakfasts and good parking .. Staff was very friendly… Would recommend to stay there !!!!”

”Great place to stay closer to CU Boulder, if anyone attending an event there.. this is a great place. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, very helpful management.”
