”Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update.
The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there.
However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience!

There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. ”We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect. We enjoyed the fire by the bay. The walls are thin and we ended up using a white noise ap to block out the noise. A warning to anyone who struggles with stairs. There is not an elevator and even if you get a first floor room the breakfast buffet is gonna flight of stairs. If stairs aren’t an issue for your group then this is a great hotel.”

”Love it there. Stayed for a night, wish it was more. Staff was helpful, our room was a decent with a fireplace and little balcony overlooking the beachwaves in the morning. Kids enjoyed sèeing plenty of seashells at the shore. Great location. Close to everything. We will definitely be back.”

”We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.”
