”Beautiful property with excellent amenities (new appliances and bathrooms). Deck chairs were a bit old but everything else was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for a family. Home is steps off hwy 9 but it was still amazing and a great location to get to lots of beautiful redwood park’s and Santa Cruz boardwalk and wharf.”

”Comfortable, cozy, and exactly what our family of 3 needed for a relaxing getaway! The house was very clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed — especially a fully stocked kitchen and super comfortable beds.We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space and beautiful river views. The neighborhood was perfect for peaceful evening walks after dinner, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. There’s also a great fire pit and BBQ area that looked wonderful for anyone...

”Absolutely a perfect location! On first impression was pleasantly surprised how much space we had. The views were wonderful- harbor and beach waves! Has basic kitchen items, but we made it work. The location is absolutely perfect. We stayed over a week and it would be perfect if there was washer/dryer on site. Initial issue re:bbq, but that was resolved and the handy man/helper was absolutely wonderful, totally about our comfort and needs! What a jewel! Would love to enjoy again.”

”Easy street parking, great communication with host, easy check-in and everything accurately advertised. The bed was wonderful and the back patio was perfect for some afternoon reading and lounging. We ended up walking to and eating at our favorite Santa Cruz restaurant. Great location. Great stay.”
