This home is on a septic system. It is important to only flush toilet paper and human waste. Any other items could cause the septic to backup.
Located on a beautifully landscaped lot, surrounded by trees, it is common to see wildlife of all kinds - squirrel, deer, mice, chipmunks, bats, birds, bugs, etc. Make sure to keep the doors to the home closed when not in use and store your food properly so critters do not make their way inside. If you see evidence of critters inside, please alert our team so we can send out pest control. There will be no adjustment of rate for the presence of wildlife.
