”The room was nice and basic but had everything we needed for 1 night. Clean and no smells. The breakfast was good, they are in the mist of changing to grab and go as signage was posted, but had more than enough for a good start for our busy day. The staff of girls were polite and friendly. Would stay again if in Jennings in the future for another convention.”

”Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we walked into the room, there was a very strong animal odor, and the room did not feel clean or well maintained. Although we understood we were assigned to a pet-designated room, that should not mean the room smells overwhelmingly of animals. ”We went to the hotel quite late and checked he room. First we found quite a big black bug from the floor and when checking the beds we found bed bugs (adults) so whole hotel is probably filled with those. Room was allover very poorly cleaned and smelled disgusting. When we went to tell front dest about the bed bugs lady working there didn´t want to come to room by herself at all. After 15min she came to the room and confirmed that those were bed bugs. She tried to offer other room as well but...

”This property needs to be shut down! The rooms are in EXTREMELY poor condition and are Filthy. Furniture and even the towels have cigarette burns. Floors are filthy! Paint and sheetrock chiping off the walls. NEVER AGAIN. Went to dollar store to get cleaning supplies to clean just to make the night. The room smelled of mildew. ”

”We stayed in the handicap room. The shower/bath was a marvel of plumbing complexity but the shower didn't work. There was a lever to direct the water either to the tub or the shower and once up to the shower there was another lever to direct the water to either a wand or the fixed shower head. The first lever, the one for either tub or shower would allow water into the tub but when switched to the shower setting the water flow just stopped.
