”Our stay at Suite Santa Tecla was very pleasant. Location was superb and so was our hostess. The room was very tidy, spaceous and new. Good airconditiong was a great plus. The only downside was that sounds from neighbor rooms very loud and easily heard (voices of speak, shower and bathroom). I would’ve hoped for better noise insulation. That was the only downside. I can easily recommend this place for a downtown stay at Milan. ”

For being in the heart of the city so close to the Duomo (literally next door), our room was really quiet so we didn’t hear any city noise. The AC was strong and perfect — a necessity during the summer months as we stayed in July. Lastly, the staff were wonderful and always helpful. "In our other room smells very bad and service couldn’t make nothing to solve problem, also our electric sockets didn’t work well+and when we enter our rooms there was any waterbottles and glasses. Next day room service brought when we have complained to reseption.
And finally last day when we left they have charged my accounts 2 times one room/Mastercard and Visacard, same amount."
