”Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean.”

”We come here almost every Spring for several days, and have for at least 15 years. Some changes have disappointed us. There are no reading lamps nor easy chairs in the rooms. You sit at the small desk, on the bed, or stand up. If two people want to play cards or board games, too bad. When we asked if this would change, the answer from the manager was "NO." And now they are charging $15 a day to park! But it's 500 feet from the ocean.”

”The resort is rather big and it can be hard to go around as the signs were not all that good. Luckily there was a shuttle between different locations. Room itself was nice and the view was great! :) ”

”If you are booking the Surf and Sand for the free hot breakfast, don’t bother. There is a limited selection and when we went this morning the bagels, bread, and croissants were completely wiped out with no replenishment. Other than that, the hotel is very well located being close to the beach, 2 restaurants within walking distance and a short ride into town.”

”Pool is not heated. Staff was excellent. Room was clean and hotel well maintained but Toilets never brushed under rims left odor in bathroom. Internet room door was severely damaged it looked like it was broken into. I would say this hotel is a good choice if you are not looking to swim. Breakfast was above average and this is a nice hotel. But check in could not make keys so it took 15 minutes to make keys. ”Clean room. Older hotel and parking is a bit of a challenge with big car, but excellent location on Beach and close to everything! Nice staff. Not very comfortable beds. Breakfast was average for a hotel breakfast. Location is worth the stay”
