Here you’ll stay in an old, typical Piedmontese farmhouse dating from 1708, which has been lovingly renovated whilst retaining the characteristic features of the region’s traditional architecture. Every detail has been carefully considered: from the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with high-quality crockery to the bed linen embroidered by our grandmothers. In short: modern comfort meets a touch of yesteryear – so that you feel at home from the very first moment.



The little village of Ferrere d’Asti is situated in southern Piedmont, just a few kilometres from the main towns of the Langhe region. Winegrowing is a way of life here, inviting you to go for walks through the vineyards and visit various wineries. This warm and welcoming house is the ideal base from which to explore the area and sample the excellent wines and traditional Piedmontese dishes. Here, you can enjoy life to the full.



In the village of Ferrere, you can admire Il Castelrosso, a large villa dating from 1780 that resembles a castle. The villa belonged to Emanuele Montalcini, the uncle of Nobel Prize winner Rita Levi Montalcini, who spent much of her youth in this village. To mark the 10th anniversary of her death, the municipality of Ferrere honoured the eminent scientist with a small steel monument in one of the village’s most distinctive spots.
