”Property phone number listed on the website doesn't work. Their landline doesn't work at all. They have separate mobile phone numbers which you can not find on the Internet. We missed our flight and tried to contact the property and were unable to do so. when we reached there the next day and asked them for refund/credit for a day, they said they can't do it since they were not informed. ”What we did not like was that the hotel looked good on the expedia website but the reality was very different. The entrance was very depressing and at night was not lit at all. You needed a torch to find your way. Room was big but was not very clean. We even had an additional guest. A cockroach! The hotel is overpriced for what it provides.”

”I won’t recommend this property to anyone as staying here will have more problem and won’t be able to enjoy their time. It is not at all well maintained, AC doesn’t work, wifi has no signal, Bathrooms flush didn’t work, water all over the place in the property .”

”Dishonest Expedia listing. Hotel was a 15 minute uphill walk from the location shown on the Expedia map. Listing said credit cards accepted but they not only demanded cash but couldn't provide change. Hotel was ok for price but I would not have stayed there but for the dishonest listing”
