”I was looking forward to this property and its modem design elements. Unfortunately the road to get there was not paved and we had a 5 minute bumpy ride over rough terrain. Luckily we had a rental car. I would never put my car through that. This was an issue as going to orvietto and back we had to worry about the road. The room was also a bit uncomfortable as we had to climb up 20 steps to get from its door up to the bedroom. The breakfast was nice and the grounds were relaxing”

”Misia was a wonderful experience. It was one the best hotels I have stayed at in Italy and I have visited this beautiful country almost ten times. Misia offers a great a base to explore nearby medieval hill top town Orvieto, the strange muddy city of Bagnoregio and lake Bolsena. Bolsena has some awful restaurants and tourist traps so it is highly advised that one consults Misia proprietor Giorgio or his sister for specifics regarding where to go.
