”Nice property even with them undergoing renovations. What they’re doing it’s gonna look amazing when it’s all done. I would say it’s disappointing having to pay for parking when there’s no other options. If they need to charge a higher fee, they should just charge a higher fee and not tack on other expenses. The staff was extremely pleasant. The breakfast was very good, but not the complementary breakfast. Coffee was good, but the pastries were lackluster. I would definitely recommend this...

”Beautiful new hotel with a great pool area and friedly staff. Unfortunately our room 304 had the hotel ventilation machinery directly above, and there is an occasional very loud metallic resonance noise. Woke us up several times on the first night, but luckily not on the remaining two nights we stayed therre. ”

”Our room was comfortable, and we made good use of the full-sized fridge in the kitchenette. A/C worked great, in spite of high-90s temperature.
The local electric company had a planned power outage from 9pm-3am one night, and the hotel handled it very professionally; they advised cranking the A/C during the day, keeping shades closed, and they loaned guests electric lanterns. It could have been a major inconvenience, but it went very smoothly.

”Solo traveler here! My stay was AMAZING!! If I ever come back to Moab i will definitely stay at this hotel again. I felt completely safe. It was inexpensive, conveniently located right on the main road of Moab by shopping, dining, etc, and just a 20min drive to Arches np. Had free and easy parking, pool and 2 hot tubs with provided towels and showers at pool, a pit for smores too, beautiful views, amazing room with great bathroom/shower, fridge, microwave, and safe. Even has a cafe on site and...
