”Location was AMAZING! And concept is great! Staff was SUPER helpful. Sadly, there is a lot of maintenance that need to be addressed. There is not enough staff on property (our server was also the host and the bartender - he was also the ONLY server for anyone who came in). There is potential for this property, but the prices they are charging are WAY out of range of what they provide (we had to move rooms due to lack of A/C (it was over 95 that day) and phone not working in room - it took over 3...

”We spent three magical nights at Castle Vally Inn. The beautiful location is away from the noise and traffic. We loved watching the mule deer family, wild turkeys and the bright stars at night while relaxing in the hot tub. Jen and Scott are warm, welcoming and cook delicious breakfasts! Enjoy!”

”Beautiful resort. Gorgeous views.”

”This hotel is outside the Moab city limits making it quiet. It was clean and comfortable but the pillows are too small. The shower was nice. The breakfast is similar to what you would get at a similar hotel chain. We enjoyed our stay”

”The location was perfect for us to travel to the national parks. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was very convenient. I would stay there again.”

”Very clean, newer property. The TV remote was difficult to use and the volume was locked at 10, which was barely audible. Also the location is a bit far from downtown and restaurants.”

”Nice Hotel, good breakfast, very nice pool! Eveything went well. Location was little off the centre, but walkable! ”

”Great friendly staff. Clean rooms. Enjoyed our stay”

”Amazing location, exceptional communication and customer service, the perfect spot to spend a week in Moab!”

”an average 2-bed motel room, external entrance, that was more than fine for 2 nights”

”Great Motel and friendly staff.”

”We tried to take a shower before 9am and there was no hot water. Coffee was very poor quality. They did not know, what customer service means at this property (particularly the receptionists that we dealt with). We would not go back to this place. ”

”A comfortable and clean hotel, nice pool and friendly staff. Big rooms. Nothing to complain about.”

”Great location close to Moab Brewing Company, Pizza and grocery store with quick access to the Petroglyphs and Arches National Park. The hotel was fine with friendly staff, our room was quiet and clean. The price was the only thing that was a downside for us, I understand its Moab October, but holy crap, chain hotels should not cost $300 a night lol. Overall experience was great, I would stay here again.”
