”Clean room”

”Our room was directly near the elevator utility room. We had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times to quiet the horrible noise. They could not accommodate a different room for us. ”

”The room smelled very bad, dirty rug. The balcony had bird droppings on it so you could not sit out there. The bathroom had bugs. On the upside the staff was very friendly and the grounds seemed well kept. The breakfast was typical and flavorful. The parking lot was well lit.”

”Upon entering the hotel I could tell it wasn’t up corporate standards. The check in clerk was friendly and was able to get to my room in a short amount of time. They put me on the 4th floor which was no problem because they have an elevator. Plus I think with the normal construction guests on the first floor they probably kept me from the first floor noise. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there’s a restaurant right across the street from the parking lot and a free breakfast every morning in the lobby- perfect”

”This property definitely not at the level of any Marriott property I have ever visited or stayed in. Failure to update the property, rooms, bedding, furniture, poor lighting, poor plumbing prohibited us from even taking a hot shower. There was 1 disgusting chair left over from 1970 that no one would want to sit in for fear of what’s is living in it. This 1 chair was in a room that has 2 queen beds. I guess we were supposed to draw straws to see who got to sit in a chair? Absolutely not worth the...
