”Room was nice as far as the eye can see. There were crumbs where the trashcans were meaning the cans weren’t moved or the room wasn’t even vacuumed. My daughter’s feet and pants were dirty from crawling in the room. ”

”The property itself is nice, however, it is right on the Pacific Coast Highway. The road is literally a steps to the door of my room. One room, about 3 or four rooms down, is pretty much on the sidewalk. This area is popular with the homeless. There is no fence. Anyone could stroll in with shopping cart and set up camp or worse. They. Need a fence for that portion of the hotel. ”

”Staff is friendly and very helpfull! Rooms are big and the beds was awesome! Breakfast is poor - I mean really poor!”

”Even though we needed the shuttle at 11:45 PM (it stopped at 12) - they still sent someone for us! 🙌 Art greeted us like it was 8 AM and not after Midnight - shared the deets and got us to our room in a timely fashion. Beds were comfy and Breakfast was delish!! ”

”Wife and I both got food poisoning from the breakfast. One morning at 8 am someone from staff just barged in to the room even though DND sign was on door. Freaked us out, person ran from the room quick when he realized it was occupied. Hot water was out for two days. ”

”Dog track of a hotel. Not sure how this is rated 4 stars. Old run down rooms that smell like mildew, things falling apart, rust, and damaged. ”

”The room was really comfortable, in the perfect location, and with easy to access/secure parking. The pool area was clean and safe, and everyone was very friendly. ”

”The room is very nice and big. Bathroom is huge too. Nice table area. Night stands with alarm and charging USB A and C outlets Only I don’t like that breakfast is at 7 not at 6 for weekends. ”
