”For an historical experience right in the heart of Old Town, the Cosmo is the place to stay. I rarely have anything negative to say about a lodging because I understand that most places do try hard. But I need to offer some suggestions for Cosmo management. First, the "historically correct" furniture in the room was unusable. ”The property was amazing. The seals are adorable. The restaurant had great food in both dockside and the pizza. It was amazing to sit on the private beach in great chairs and table. The pool area great. The location could not be more perfect. Mission beach steps away and close. Perfect stay.”

”Good location very clean and nice breakfast. My only problem was I could hear the next door rooms doors close and hear people above me and to the adjoining rooms walking around until almost 2 am. If you are a light sleeper this might not be the place. But otherwise 5 stars”

”Room was clean, front desk was super nice and helped me check in a bit early. The fridge and microwave in the room are just okay (fridge doesn't get very cold), but got the job done. Loved my stay! It's only a few minutes from a trolley station which is great.”

”Our very expensive suite was beautiful. The staff were friendly. A big shout out for maintenance man, LaBron! However, the staff knew we experienced a couple of issues and offered no compensation for our inconveniences. Day one, after traveling several hours and in desperate need of sleep, our room had a very strong vibration that went on for a couple of hours. Finally, after calling for assistance, they discover a broken ice machine down the hall causing the problem. Next day, the hot water...

”Our room was clean and the location was fairly good. However, the property was not well maintained. The ice machine on our floor was broken our entire 4-day stay. Bathtub leaked and when I say leaked I mean I could have filled a bucket of water with it within a few minutes. Blinds wouldn't close properly so the annoying light shined in. When we asked for a maintenance person, they said he was not on site. Eventually they moved us to a different room which was better.”

”The room was clean. Breakfast was good, had good choices for diabetics and sometimes that’s hard to find. Had breakfast options for children and plenty of seating available. No problem with parking. Electronic charging options would have been nice.”

”Carpet was nasty, dingy and stinky. I had to lay towel on the floor next to bed to wipe my feet before getting into bed. Looks like they're trying to do a remodel, bathroom sink counter and shower were new and nice but black mold appearing through paint.”
