”The property is a good one. Lots of pretty scenery. The tropical pool area is nice with a lot of greenery. The pools are clean and the water is warm. The tropical pool can get a bit overwhelming with kids at certain times. The front main pool is more chill. The rooms are clean, however we had cigarette butts and hair from a dog on our lanai. ”older hotel, right on the beach/boardwalk so that was nice. good food nearby. room was fine, though old and beds were not particularly comfortable. could definitely use an update. parking in the lot was extra but there was enough free parking on the street for a night. there were a decent amount of homeless/drugs/trash in the area to make me feel not confident at night with the kids though.”

I had to clean out the drawers myself before we put our items in, they had crap in it. We didn’t get what was shown to us, nor what we paid for. ”There was an RV in front of our beach view room the whole time I was there. The rooms need to be updated with better AC and better views for such a nice location.”

”We were on a four night stay, After the second night we asked for a replenishment of coffee and towels. I expressed my belief that the room should be furnished with coffee daily. The host was cooperative and offered to comp one nights parking which I felt was acceptable. That didn't happen, we were not compensated one nights parking. Also, on the days the coffee WAS replenished, no sugar, creamer or stir sticks were supplied. ”

”This was a laid back place to stay. Right by the beach which was fantastic! The bathroom was nice and big. The bunkers had curtains and apx 14 beds total in one very narrow and long room. There was a bit of a locker room smell near one bunk (thankfully not near mine!) but clearly that was an individual, not the hostel. Big kitchen to use and room to hang out. Nice and helpful staff. ”
