”Very family friendly resort ! We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant with our daughter’s family and our young granddaughters. The hotel was able to provide connecting rooms which was wonderful and kept us connected the entire time, they also accommodated an early check in for a small fee and a late check out , also for a small fee which was very nice when traveling with small children. This property is awful. 1st off the staff is unresponsive and needs to be retrained in customer service. Our hair dryer didn't work. When my wife went to ask for a new one she was told no.
