”The property is a good one. Lots of pretty scenery. The tropical pool area is nice with a lot of greenery. The pools are clean and the water is warm. The tropical pool can get a bit overwhelming with kids at certain times. The front main pool is more chill. The rooms are clean, however we had cigarette butts and hair from a dog on our lanai. ”The lanai wasn’t the same one from the picture, and neither was the bathroom. Our lanai was dirty and covered in bird crap. I had to clean out the drawers myself before we put our items in, they had crap in it. We didn’t get what was shown to us, nor what we paid for. ”older hotel, right on the beach/boardwalk so that was nice. good food nearby. room was fine, though old and beds were not particularly comfortable. could definitely use an update. parking in the lot was extra but there was enough free parking on the street for a night. there were a decent amount of homeless/drugs/trash in the area to make me feel not confident at night with the kids though.”

”We were on a four night stay, After the second night we asked for a replenishment of coffee and towels. I expressed my belief that the room should be furnished with coffee daily. The host was cooperative and offered to comp one nights parking which I felt was acceptable. That didn't happen, we were not compensated one nights parking. Also, on the days the coffee WAS replenished, no sugar, creamer or stir sticks were supplied. ”

”This place is a renovated motel (doors on the outside). The outside is pretty dingy, but the rooms have nicer feel. The breakfast is virtually nothing. Nothing warm and the only protein are some hard-boiled eggs. Not even the little waffle maker my son looks forward to. Room looked clean but my wife saw what looked like a booger on one of the towels. With this place I chose…poorly.”

The lockers in dorms could be bigger, I would’ve liked more space to lock things up. 6 bed dorm felt too small and crowded with everyone’s bags and suitcases on the floor.
