”The property is a bit old but clean and economical. Free breakfast is a plus. The things I did not like were: the shared toilet located across the room even though I booked an ensuite one - called and messaged the owner but no response; only 1 hanger available for our jackets, and the motion-activated light in the toilet automatically shuts off so I was having a shower in the dark lol”

”This is a lovely B&B very conveniently located within walking distance to town where there are cute shops and very nice dining options. Our room was large and very nicely appointed with high-quality furniture and antiques. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Jennifer and Mark are wonderful people who truly care about their guests. Highly recommended!”

”We absolutely loved our stay at the Steadings! Was a random find on hotels.com and we’re so glad we found it! Really good price for the time of year (December) - we booked in May (roughly). It was decorated for Christmas, and had everything we needed. A rare find but total treat! Would definitely come back and recommend! The only negatives would be the hottub not being covered - this is due to be rectified! And the road down to the lodge is very bumpy - a typical farm road! Make sure you follow...
