”This was our 2nd stay at Graduate by Hilton. Very comfortable hotel. Convenient, safe parking (on site). Will stay there again next visit to Cincinnati.”

”The night auditor was amazing . Expedia messed up my room . She went above and beyond for my family. I was traveling with daughter that had autism and they didnt give me room for each of us a bed . Thank u so much”

”The room was okay. There were a couple of things I didn't like for example, an old sock left, stains on couch, a stench, and bathroom light switches were very dirty. When I checked in, the women staff were very nice and welcoming. The bar was boring (didn't like the atmosphere) and the gym lacked equipment. Check out day, the cleaning lady knocked on my door at least 5 times that morning. I eventually checked out an hour early. ”

”Within walking distance to Heritage Bank Arena The Reds Ballfield and the Bengals stadium!!!! Everyone was super friendly!”

”The tub had some miles on it. The shower spout was pulling from the wall and soap dispenser fell of the wall a few times. It wasn't a game changer. It's just a sign of a facility that has seen its fair share of customers since its last remodel. ”

”Great central location, however the doors into the rooms are extra heavy, so when people are entering or leaving at 4 am, you’ll be guaranteed to hear them! The Ned was very inviting but the pillows were too high and I left with a stiff neck. Hotel staff were very inviting and helpful. With a little corrections, this hotel wild be on my list of faves! ”

”21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky. The artwork in the room appeared worn out. The shower/tub floor was very slippery. You could barely see out of the windows because the windows were so dirty. There was no refrigerator/bar refrigerator in the room. And a room service was not available after 10 pm Also, as we were getting ready to go to sleep, the fire alarm...

”Great location. They are remodeling which affected the evening social hour. And the current lounge area for breakfast was a bit dated and also not spacious enough. However, they appear close to having remodel finished. It will be really nice. Wonderful hotel at great price. ”

”The parking garage across the street is not affiliated with the hotel and they dont validate parking. Only thing they offer is vallet. Even if you book a type/style of room dont expect to get what the pictures showed to you when you book. Missing amenities in room ”
