”The property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. The dedicated parking garage was a great feature and even has chandeliers in it! My only issue wasn't with the hotel, it was trying to drive around the area. ”When we walked we were greeted by Deonte and he was amazing. He knew everything we asked about and told and showed us everything about the hotel and its amenities. The kindness and generosity he showed was above any that I have seen or ever heard of. This man should be in charge sharing his skill with others. Thanks for the great stay. ”
”We loved our stay at Mainstay Suites!!! We were traveling with our 13 year old granddaughter and she LOVED the privacy of the kitchen and pull-out sofa bed being separate from our beds and bathroom. Everyone was super nice!!! The lady in the breakfast area, the guys at the desk and all the maids were extremely nice!!! There was one young black girl, must have been head of housekeeping, (I regret not getting her name.) she had such a welcoming spirit. Always smiling and giving an encouraging...
”Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. ”
”Second time at the Pickle Factory one year apart. Excellent hotel and stayed in the themed Cigars & Bourbon room again. Location is great as you’re close to downtown Cincinnati but not in the middle of chaos. It is an Airbnb setup so check-in time is 4PM and the earliest you can enter is 3:30PM. Before that, parking was not available. Overall an excellent, room, hotel, and location. ”
”Just the most charming hotel I've ever been in. The surroundings are nothing like I've ever experienced. You felt like you were in some old middle European town. The hotel it self was unique in all aspect. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was in top condition with most whimsical TV I've ever encountered (behind a painting). Bathroom was big and modern. Prices for the room and breakfast were a bit on the pricey side but well worth it on our vacation tour.”
