"The hotel had character in the entrance but the actual guest rooms were just average. The staff was friendly and very nice to have valet parking in this downtown area. We didn’t have anything from the restaurant so can’t really speak about it."

"I was not impressed with the accommodations and felt mislead. They have a no refund policy and I understand why after the first email. It is not a cabin as advertised but a basement apartment.
