”Our room was very nice and clean. But what really made this a great experience was the staff. Everyone was so nice and kind. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and have a great stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.”

”To big area, moving difficult despite the shuttle. Entering to Hotel difficult. Although we had reservation number in mobile phone the guards hesitated to let us enter the Hotel area. In the reseptiin they asked us a printed copy of out reservation, nyt how could we have it because i had booked Hotel with mobile phone. They claimed that now they have more paper work. Toi bad, it's their job. Any way it would not have helped them, it was in Finnish. Food was good. The wibration of neighbour rooms...

”Great property! You get to relax and stay in nature but with all the luxury amenities. The property does a great job of having constant transportation available to move around the grounds since it’s so big. Loved our room and the quiet pool area was very relaxing with beautiful views of the ocean. All meals were great! Favorite restaurants were Aqua and Portofino. We also loved their buffet and that it had authentic Costa Rican food as options. As for the staff they are all top notch. Everyone...

”The staff was exceptional. Our luggage was lost in transit, and they provided us with essential supplies to accomodate. Also the family lounge had fresh bakery and snacks for kids and a variety of premium liquor for adults. However, the room had a leaking AC and instead of fixing it, they just put the rug on the floor where it was dripping. The kids also saw a cocorach in the bathroom, we told them you have to be understanding of nature when you live among it. And, the kids' robes were too small...
