Huoneistot – Filadelfia

”This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach.”

”This property has all the things - a beach front, great view, great quiet location, and wonderful amenities. A week here would be great to relax - a full kitchen to cook, laundry, and all the fixin’s for going to the beach to help you. What a great place! We hope to visit again!”

”We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. The location for different beaches and near great food and shopping was great. The host was very fast and clear in responses.”

”Perfect studio for my wife and I. Check in was easy, communication was great. For the price you couldn’t expect better.”

”Flor de Limón was a great fit for our family of 4. While the condo itself is on the smaller side, it is incredibly well-equipped and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It was a huge plus that our teenage boys each had their own beds! The property grounds are beautiful, and the pool was fantastic. We loved that the beach is just a short walk away. To get to the main street of Coco, it’s a bit of a hike, but there are a couple of great coffee shops and a handy little...

”The property itself is well kept, nicely staged, and shows evidence of recent remodeling. In many respects, it is a perfectly suitable short-term rental.Unfortunately, the location was a significant disappointment. As other guests have noted, the surrounding area is not particularly appealing, and in its present state I found it unsuitable for walking any distance beyond the gated community. The nearby beach and town are technically close, but the route is not realistically walkable and the...

”We had a wonderfule 3 week stay. The unit was well maintained and it was nice having a kitchen that was fully equipped. Listing detail was very accurate.Property management (Expat Properties) was very helpful and made great recommendations for airport transfers and golf cart rental. Grounds maintenance was great and the location in Las Palmas couldn't be more convenient. We highly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit.”
