Heavy disco music
Very heavy noice up to 0:30 am. Dowstears was disco music and inside of room noice was awg 64 dbA ( measured). Nodoby visitors cant sleap. Doube bed was bad. Diffucult to sleep after Noice. Newer agains in this hotel.

This property is totally worn out and criminal the charge for room only is £100 for a double room. There didn’t seem to be anyone in charge and all the staff were young and inexperienced. In short the experience was terrible and a disgrace.

Staff were friendly, although the room was bleak. There was an overwhelming smell of old frying fat.

Everything was good.staff could not do anoth for you.room was warm.i wanted a hotel with parking, which i got,but was not told i had to pay for it.it cost me £50 for 5 days....

staff great breakfast gd bed not comfortable atall
staff are friendly and very welcoming, breakfast was good the room was clean. the only thing I would say is that the beds were not comfortable and could do with being updated. some entertainment was missing, would have been nice to have this in the evenings.

Misleading Description of Features
The staff were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. While the stairs were narrow and difficult for someone of limited mobility, the nature of the building makes this understandable. However, there were features advertised that were not in practice available. Parking Available - there is a pay & display public car park that adds £10 per day. Had this been clear we would not have stayed here. Bar - the bar is only available if the town itself is busy. While I wouldn’t expect it to be open 24/7 it is very disappointing for it to close in the afternoon and therefore not available to guests staying in the hotel in the evening. Restaurant - again, like the bar only opens if the town is busy, and only in the afternoon. Even when it was busy in the evening, food was no longer available. This is again disappointing for those staying in the hotel, forcing you to try and find a meal nearby. Breakfast - while available and of reasonable quality, the price of £8 was far too high for what was offered. Also, there was a note saying towels were not provided only for us to be provided with towels. Overall a very disappointing place to stay. We selected this based on features it advertised that in practice turned out to not be available. Had that been clear, we would not have stayed there. I would not recommend staying there to anyone.

The room marks all over the wardrobes, wallpaper falling off stuck up with tape ,bed sheets marked, bed base stained. Toilet walls all mark poo inthe Toilets brush, bathroom not to clean. Was told beakfast was only £5 when arrived they said it had gone to £8 would not say it was the best to say it was dearer 1 slice bacon 2 small sausage 1 egg beans and tomatoes. 2 slice toast

Overall not bad. Very disappointing when the bar closed at 18:30. Staff were very good and they were very friendly. Excellent breakfast for the price.

The young people running the hotel were very helpful and welcoming but we would have appreciated information in the changed car park situation especially as we now needed to pay and with coins!! No-one carries that amount of pound coins these days and £10 for overnight is a lot of coins never mind expensive when generally parking is free after 6pm. We would have appreciated the tea tray being replenished for our second night too. Obviously it was very quiet in the evening so we had no way to contact you in the evening or night time

ROOM 5 H&S issues: cables hanging from tv. Plugged into an extension with kettle. No parking- pay and display £10 per day Water leak in area leading to beer garden. Mold on tiles and screen round bath, every corner has ingrained dirt. Cobwebs in bedroom. Four flights of dirty stairs - not asked if able to access. Cooking smells from kitchen- fire door to accommodation never closed. Bin in room not emptied and room not serviced during my four night stay. Couldn’t close old fashioned sash windows. All this for £70 per night and breakfast not included. - how did l fall for it??

Lovely stay
I booked this as visiting friends in the centre of Filey and it was central and cheap. I then looked at the reviews and nearly cancelled. However, I don't know what people expect for the price! It was clean, had TV and refreshments. The staff were lovely. I would book again (mattress did creak when moving tho)

Not disabled friendly poor on site
Old property staff are lovely very helpful friendly .. however rooms over a pub so expect noise and music property and rooms are tired dated and not all are ensuite .and not that clean . really do not book if mobility issues or disabled and forget it if in a wheel chair no lift and two flights of very narrow stairs to each floor rooms are on two floors. Doors to rooms sticks and bed vv uncomfortable pillows were stained and smelly good tea coffee supplies but dearnt use as kettle was minging inside .. plenty of wardrobe space but one mirror and really high so can't see full length or use it for much than it covers the wall .plus as toilets are shared expect constant noises from flushing Loos and people using them . food ok breakfast was quite late in morning so not ideal if you want to get out early for th day and checkout is 10am so rush to have breakfast at 9.00 and then get ready for day get a bit of hassle by staff l to get out by 9.30 but booking on line said 10 .. No free on site parking only public carpark pay by hour quite expensive in relation to others in Filey sorry but worst place I've stayed and in this day and age 70.00 is still not cheap a night

No soap or towels in bathroom the place shut down
No soap or towels in the bathroom went to the bar/ recetion to get soap ect all shut down 18.00 wanted a meal and drink all closed beds excessivley noisy when turning over went to bar/reception all shut down 07.30. We had to leave WITHOUT A SHOWER OR WASH. Found someone in the kitchen they could not help and we will not be back for the next booked night. I would a refund for the second night the bar/reception is in desperate revamp NOT HAPPY

Please get this place shut down asap . I believe the next pandemic will be sourced here. Get environmental health officers in , but make sure they have full body protection.

Our stay was good apart from one of the beds which was not at all comfortable, bit outdated but somewhere to put head down, breakfast its self was lovely, but my daughter does not drink hot drinks so it had to be cordial no fresh orange juice offered, all considered would not put me off staying again staff fantastic.

The Three Tuns
Stayed on Friday the 22/07/22 The location was spot on in the centre of Filey and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff where great very friendly. The breakfast was spot on. No complaints whats so ever. We definitely would stay again.

The hotel was filthy we had to leave early as there's no way I could stay with my children the tv didn't work the plug sockets didn't work the bed n sheets were dirty mattress stained man in room opposite was drunk n grunting at my 3 small children who were scared he was smoking in his room which drifted over to my room and its a non smoking hotel u have to go through kitchen to get to rooms again not very safe if the knifes etc get into the wrong hands the rooms themselfs weren't very safe only had a slide lock onto door we left in middle of night due to not being able to stay there

Never go here
Never stay again say open all year so went over Christmas no cooked breakfast just stale croissants have to go through kitchen to get to room Christmas Day no staff got locked out or room as kitchen door locked when I got back had to find another door to get in ,toilet took about 7 pulls before it would flush ,shower puts more water out of bath than in ,place was a dump left after 1 night of a 3 night stay looks nice from outside but inside needs a total refit would not recommend going there at all
