”We had the worst hotel experience of our lives.
First of all, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so overwhelming that it got into our clothes and even lingered on our bodies.
The most unacceptable part was that I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived, we were told that all the two-bed rooms were gone and were given a room with only one king bed instead.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. After this stay, I have decided that I will never book...

”My room was clean. However, looks like the hotel originally was very nice. Now rather worn out.
Especially, the corridors/hallways.
If they were cleaned and vacuumed ONCE A MONTH they would not be so FILTHY. Stains, dust, trash. I found a PILL on the but did not dare to touch it.”

”Seems like a newly renovated place, very clean, had a nice gym on the floor. The staff was professional and courteous. Maybe a microwave could have been a good addition to the rooms utilities. The spa and resto options looked great, we did not have enough time to try that out. Overall a very nice place to stay with family.”

”The hotel was just average. My room didn’t have a working smoke alarm although they were supposed to fix it the day we were out all day. They didn’t. The room shouldn’t have been used I think. The worst part was it’s right next door to the Hospitality Inn on Transit Rd in Williamsville and that place must rent out to families or by the month, because the kids running around were really noisy and the windows did not keep out sound very well. The water pressure in the shower was pretty bad too....

”We enjoyed staying at the Sleep Inn. We were greeted warmly and after a quick check in, everything was explained from where breakfast was served and times served to offering us a floor choice for our room. All questions we may have had were explained without having to ask a thing. Our room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend ”

”My family and I stayed at this hotel for my graduation. I suggest the rooms should have more safety features on the room doors. The door on the inside has no physical lock expect for the chain. The door has no peep hole so you can see who is on the other side of the door. The vents in the bathroom should be cleaned or covered they drop very gross things as one is showering. I think if you added like a breakfast that be cool. I love how they still have the phone booth and the hotel is close...

”Please don’t let them put you in Room 123. We were assigned that room, and every time someone came through the back entrance, we could hear it, even in the middle of the night. The noise was very loud, and I barely slept. On top of that, when we asked to switch rooms, they told us the hotel was full—even though it was the middle of the night.”
