”Can't review properly since they did not honor our prepaid guaranted booking. Upon arrival we were told there was a "problem with our room" and sent us to another hotel. We had a guaranteed prepaid reservation for a reason - we had a late arriving flight and thought guaranteed meant they would hold our room - not give it away to someone else!!”

”Was only there for one night but check in was fantastic and very easy The room was superior very clean and very well stocked with coffee and tea The balcony overlooked air conditioning outside but it was great view no problems with that you went to the pool and it was very nice indoors Will definitely book that hotel again”

”My family and I stood there for one day and night. The hotel itself was nice. I just wish the scent of the hotel was calmer. They have a perfume for the hotel that is a bit strong when you come in. The room was really nice and the beds were clean and comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast too, it’s your typical continental breakfast. ”This was our second stay at this hotel. We absolutely loved it the first time. This time the staff was not great. There was one member who acted on a power trip the entire stay we were there. He was condescending, rude, and contradictory to his own statements. Every time there were kids in the pool he checked the water for 30 minutes (I wish this was an exaggeration) and continued adding chemicals while they were in it!
