On the left, we find the first fundamental environment, the Master Suite composed of a very comfortable Queen Size bed and a wardrobe, partly occupied, where you can store your clothes and personal effects.

The armchair present here, if necessary, can be transformed into an additional bed.

The blue tones will also allow a peaceful sleep.



The Suite is air conditioned and has a view of the first of the two balconies that the apartment has. The view from here is on some hills and its Ligurian vineyards.

The large living area, also air conditioned, features a double sofa bed with three seats, with a coffee table and a 40 Smart TV.

The large windows open onto the second terrace, consisting of a small outdoor table and two chairs, to enjoy a good Italian coffee, early in the morning.



From the living area, you access the complete and equipped kitchen to face even the longest stays. A hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a freezer and a moka coffee machine are all you need to prepare tasty food to share on the private terrace.



Some infusions of various essences are offered by the house.

Plates, cutlery, pots of various kinds as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil, find their place in the various compartments.



The heating is autonomous and entrusted to the radiators present in each room.



The last room at your disposal, is nothing less than a large private terrace, on the roof of the building!



As standard, you will have two sun loungers and a large table with six seats, where you can perhaps sip an aperitif, before serving the meat, cooked on the small barbecue provided.



Surely, starting the day or working from this terrace will have a whole other flavor!



And for when you are away from home? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, nestled in rocky coves where you can swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.



For those who love the sun, you can count on a pleasant walk of about 10/15 minutes to get to the first beaches. Definitely an added value. The proximity to the beautiful beaches of Varigotti is an additional incentive.
