Comfortable and bright 4-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, in a hilly area a 10-minute drive from the center and the sea. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes and appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plates, microwave and oven. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms plus a sleeping area that is also a passageway with a door that leads to the garage with 1 armchair bed, 3 double beds, 1 sofa bed and 2 single beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with wifi, television and air conditioning. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. Take care, you are welcome!


The lower floor overlooks the gap and is at the height of the garage, but it has windows.
From the lower floor there is a spiral staircase communicating with the living area that leads to the upper floor.
In addition, in apartment A2, only one of the two bedrooms is closed with a door, the other is located in the open space, which can be accessed from the garage, where there is a spiral staircase that communicates with the living room upstairs.
PETS Eur 40.00 per stay per pet (on request) For two animals the supplement will be 60.00 eur. From the three animals upwards, contact the property.


The apartment is accessible by stairs only.

A deposit of €250 is required to be deposited in cash or by credit card for any damage to the apartment upon check-in. The refund of the cash will be made upon check-out after checking the apartment and the cancellation of the pre-authorization within 7 days of check-out.

Standard check-in is scheduled until 19:00. For arrivals after this time, not agreed in advance and without completing the online check-in, a late check-in fee will apply.
The shared pool is open from 01/06/2026 to 20/09/2026.

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights


Extra: PET FRIENDLY € 40,00 Per stay (upon request) For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
