Highly overpriced hotel. They first offered us a basement floor very small room which we declined. They said that the request about a higher floor room did not go to them via hotels.com. To all - be strict and complain right away if they offer You a basement floor room because they are not good or ...

A last minute booking. Staff were always helpful, especially as the hotel was busy. Breakfast was busy and the kitchen seemed a bit rushed, but the food was good. Seats in the lounge area were quite low down. Outdoor hot tub was in maintenance which is a shame as there was no previous notification ...
