”Farmhouse is exactly as listed. Well maintained, very clean, comfortable beds and just a neat old farmhouse. Check and out was easy, even gave us an early check in. It is located in the country but half way between Ithaca and Watkins Glen.”

”The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day.”

”We stayed here for the 2024 Eclipse. This house is big! The seven bathrooms are a huge plus. The outside space is well equipped with a table, chairs, seating area, fire pit and additional heater and a grill. Highly recommend this completely remodeled farm house.”

Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit. Overall we would absolutely stay here again! There are so many great activities that the house offers, I really appreciated...
