”The proximity to Western U remains a distinct advantage of this property. I noted however that prices during this visit were closer to downtown hotels that have more up-to-date room amenities.”

”Friendly, helpful staff made the stay a good experience. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel's central location and underground parking were quite convenient.”

”Pros: The room was clean, cozy and eleclec furnished. Centrally located to walk to Richmond Street..very nice walking distance. Cons: Checking in was not easy..not well communicated. Overnite parking restrictions were ridiculous and expensive. The room sink was plugged. The bottom bedsheet kept coming off. The long pillows were difficult for sleeping ..we both woke up with sore necks. Will look for other accommodations next visit based on the cost.”

”The hotel was absolutely beautiful and spotless. We booked a suite while in town for a graduation weekend, and it was perfect for our needs. The separate bedroom provided privacy, while the suite itself was ideal for hosting family, with a guest bathroom, dining table, comfortable couch, extra seating, a large TV, and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. One feature we especially appreciated was that the windows actually opened, which was a nice surprise and made the room feel even more...

”Breakfast was good with a great variety. Cleanliness of rooms was horrible. We got transferred to 3 different rooms with the last option being better but not good. Hair on floor in all bathrooms, full of dust in all rooms. Staff were helpful and good.”

”We had a great stay at this property from the time we checked in till checkout. We had a late check in and the person who checked us in was funny, pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and well stocked. Vincent was excellent and pleasant on both mornings we had breakfast. The hotel contacted us after we left and let us know they found a bracelet. Very much appreciated. Waqar went above and beyond along with housekeeping to ensure we knew they found the item. I would highly recommend...
