”The staff was not there when we arrived, they were grocery shopping. The tv didn’t work. The room was nice and very good and clean. The staff was not at the desk in morning either.”

”Cleanliness could be better - floors were dirty and there were bits of other guests hairs in the shower. Bathroom mirror was wonderful, there’s really nowhere to put your stuff down in the bathroom so keep that in mind with hair tools etc. Staff was friendly, coffee station was a bonus! All in all, it was okay!”

”what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”

”I had a Cozy room on the second floor and stayed for one night by myself. Overall, this was a pleasant stay, but I have docked one star due to some minor disappointments. The bathroom is extremely small. You had to be seated diagonally to use the toilet due to a column in front of it. Further, the water pressure was unpredictable when I was using it (mostly at night). Shower water pressure would vary, sometimes slowing to a mere dribble, but it would eventually come back up to normal pressure....

”The breakfast was fresh and the lady taking care of that area did a phenomenal job. The parking was easy and did not cost any extra. It was safe to park there and not worry about your vehicle. The room was clean however we did not have any hot water for showers so we were unable to shower. ”

”The hotel reeka of tradition and old time comforts. But the bed was modern superfoam. Many like this, I detest timing a mattress. I didn't ask, maybe there's a choice of mattress types... I doubt it Other than that, aside from the small nature of everything, and tight turns and corners...it's a very good hotel..”

”I paid a 100.00 security deposit and still have not received the credit for it. Room was in excellent condition when we left. Reception said it would take up to a week to get the credit on CCard back. Its been a week and still no credit for the 100.00.”

”The room is beautiful, comfortable and exactly as advertised. No amenities (except Pod Coffee for the morning) are included but there are plenty of shops around. Staff was super helpful with access when the email was not received to provide the code to enter (seems the email was deleted by accident). Would definitely recommend staying here! ”

”We did not enjoy our staf here. The young guy working on the front desk was rude abd not accommodating. We are senior citizens. We didnt know there is no elevator in the hotel. The guy on the desk said we would gave to pay an extra $10.00 per night for a room on the main floor. We're on a fixed budget. The same guy couldnt even get me a few extra hangers i requested and said they had none! The hotel was almost empty so he could have gotten a few hangers from another room. On another occasion my...
