”Spotless room, nicely furnished, helpful staff from check in to the valet to the porter, and quiet. My room looked directly into another building but I didn’t book a room with a view so I guess that’s to be expected. My only complaint would be that all of the outlets were behind the furniture and there were no usb outlets. ”

To understand that the pullout bed will be used and they would have the bedding’s already placed in the room instead of having to go to the reception and collect it, esp when you have a late midnight arrival. The breakfast was included and awesome. The location was ideal for our visit to the university. The staff was helpful in providing late dining options nearby and we could survive the night and...

”The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. ”

”Valet and check-in desk staff were awesome-super friendly. My room wasn't in the best shape- tons of scratches and knicks out of the wall and paint. Overall, it just didn't feel clean. The layout of the room was really odd too- no door on the shower, just a shower curtain. ? And you had to turn sideways to get to the head of the bed because the walls only about 12" away from the wall. The bed was comfortable, but overall lots of outside and hallway noise. ”

There was a couple of good bars in the neighborhood to watch the rest of the games and all it is a perfect spot specially if you're in for a game, I would highly recommend it to any of my friends or family ”

”There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...
