Avajaiset!! Avasimme juuri varauksia - nukkuu 30

Upouusi 2019 6 makuuhuoneen, 4. 5 kylpyhuoneen ylellinen koti sijaitsee Reserve at Bear Lake, arvostettu aidatulla alueella Fish Haven. The Reserve tarjoaa seuraavia ominaisuuksia: klubitalo, pelihuone, koripallo, kattopallo / tenniskentät, kaksinkertaiset uima-altaat, poreallas, kuntosali ja kokoushuone ilmaiseksi. Mukana on myös pääsy osaan yksityisestä rannasta Bear Lake -järvellä. Kiinteistöllä on suora pääsy kotoa moottorikelkka- ja mönkijäreiteille. Beaver Mountain Ski Resort on lähellä ja tarjoaa maailmanluokan hiihtoa. Kodissa on tilavat ikkunat, joista on upeat näkymät Karhujärvelle. Sen turmeltumaton sijainti on henkeäsalpaava.

Suuri täysin kalustettu keittiö, johon mahtuu 30 henkilöä. Keskuslämmitys ja ilma, nopea Internet, kolme 65 tuuman televisiota, ilmakiekko, elektroninen koripallo, Ping Pong ja lasten teemainen sänky Rantamajat tuntikausia leikkiaikaa.

We had a very nice stay. The house is beautiful with beautiful views especially with the snow. The house is very spacious accommodate large group. However, I didn’t realize it didn’t have couches or sofas in the living room so lookout for that if you want comfortable couches. Also, the clubhouse was closed due to maintenance and we were very disappointed that we didn’t get some kind of refund since we reserved this house and paid mainly for the clubhouse. I’d say this house is worth it but only if the clubhouse was open.

What we wanted was a mild bachelor weekend to take in views and get competitive with each other and that’s exactly what we got and more. Between the yard games at the house, the games in the garage, and the long dining tables, it was non stop friendly competition all weekend. The private beach access wasn’t what we expected, but the adjacent beach volleyball court made up for that! Would love to return.

This was the perfect place for our family reunion. Loved that we could all eat in the same room. The upstairs deck became the favorite place to sit and visit. So much attention paid to details that made our stay easier. The host was so friendly and helpful. We would love to come stay at the particular house again

We had 23 people from ages 2 years old to 70. The house was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool at the club house and liked the close proximity to the North Shore at Bear Lake. We played games in the yard also. We would definitely stay here again.

House was perfect for our family! Great amenities, including waffle irons, cheese grater, towels & access to clubhouse for workouts & pool! View of Bear Lake is amazing. Host was easy to get a hold of, and communicated about access for gates etc. Private beach access was wonderful as well. Honestly, can’t say enough good!

We had a great time staying at this property. We love the clubhouse pool and hot tub. Also having the grass in the backyard for lawn games and the garage with ping pong and hot shot. Lyndee was super responsive and easy to communicate with! We wished that there was a bit more bathroom space downstairs, and maybe some rubber washers on the beds (especially in the loft bunk room because they were a bit squeaky, but all little things. Thanks again for allowing us to stay and have a place we could gather our extended family for a reunion!

Newer home...well maintained...lots of room for large family...quite a distance from pool, courts, etc. a short drive from the lake front...but a nice private lake front provided with the housing development...we had a nice stay. It is just that Bear Lake is getting too crowded, like disneyland down town filled with people who seem to have never had a milkshake in their life :)

Had our family reunion here. The place was clean and plenty of beds and seating for meals. The owners were kind and responded quickly to any of our concerns. Wish they had an in line water heater, the hot water did not last long so only about 5 people could shower before the hot water ran out.

Beautiful property. Well stocked. Fantastic view of the lake. Manager quickly answered any and all concerns we had. Suited the needs of our family reunion perfectly. The reserve beach is secluded but muddy (I am sure because other water is a lot higher around the lake due to record snowfall) — so bring some chairs to sit on. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very attentive and thoughtful. The home is bright, new and well equipped. We enjoyed the large dining tables with plenty of eating space for all. The drawback is they take up any gathering/seating area, but there is a huge sectional downstairs, or we visited out on the deck. The games in the garage were a hit, and my personal favorite was the view of the lake from the comfortable deck seating with the propane fire table. There are plenty of beds for everyone. The younger kids enjoyed being all together in the bunk loft. The home is part of a gated community with all the amenities included and we took advantage of them all…swimming pools, sports court, and beach access.

This place was amazing. Plenty of space, adult children had a blast with all the games in the garage. Beds were comfortable however all of them were a bit squeaky. Thank you for hosting a beautiful home for us to enjoy our vacation in.

The stay at this home home was a wonderful and enjoyable experience for my family. The accommodations were great with plenty of room for everyone to move around without being on top of each other. The fire table allowed for comfortable evenings outside on the deck. I am glad we were able to stay at this home and enjoy the serenity of the Bear Lake area. I would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this new property at The Reserve, located on the Fish Haven, ID side of Bear Lake! The home was warm and inviting with a huge kitchen loaded with every possible dish, pot, pan, mixing bowl, utensils you could ever need! There are two long tables with seating for 30 and seating at a Long Island in the kitchen. The sliding glass door opens to a beautiful deck overlooking Bear Lake with a huge sofa and gas BBQ. One night there was a lightning storm and we turned out all the lights and sat there watching it over the lake--absolutely gorgeous! The bedrooms were nice sized with big, clean bathrooms. There are 6 bedrooms and then a huge open area upstairs with 4 huge bunkbeds for kids--also a little play kitchen and tv in that open "bunkbed" area. Kid heaven! We loved this rental and our communication with Lyndee was wonderful! She replied instantly, kindly, and answered all our questions! We will be back for sure! Thank you!

We had a wonderful week at this property. It is a little far from town, but that worked for us. There’s a lot to do on the property and the reserve. The private beach access was a blessing since the main marina was always packed. The check out process was a little confusing due to the instructions around the house weren’t the same, but it all worked out. The property manager was east to get a hold of and responded right away to any questions. Would stay again.
