However, due to the layout and lack of lifts it meant a really long walk from our room to the main reception area. Comfy lounge area with big screen TV for watching cricket highlights! Walls are very thin. Could hear the next room folks talking at 1am.”

The door hit into the bed as we walked in, there four sets of drawers (12 drawers!), a fridge, bed (very small), tub chair and massive TV. ”The high handed attitude about not servicing the room daily as they are a sustainability hotel. That shouldn’t mean dirty cups not removed and replaced with clean ones or empty refreshments tray. I did not expect to have to have any such conversation. My bed was not made, but I can live with it. Dirty crockery left outside rooms in the corridor. Staff were friendly and helpful but not necessarily properly trained.”
