”The room was very clean and the property was well-kept. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was lacking with no drink options except for coffee - a little attention to the breakfast would make this a better stop. But, we slept well!”

”We were traveling from Michigan to South Carolina. I booked online prior to arrival. Upon checking in I was assigned a dirty room not once but twice. The third room was too small for my family and not what I paid for. Took four tries to get us a clean, correct room. ”

”When booking our reservation the selection was for a mobility accessable room with roll in shower. What we received was for a hearing impared person. The shower was not roll in, there were no. Grab bars or transfer seat. When checking with the front desk she starts the reservation request did not come from Expedia for wheelchair access”

”The place is nice enough and since it’s really the only thing that works for me when I want to do a couple night stay in Mauldin, I’ll continue to stay there. The 2 things that really bug me is that they don’t tell you (or remind me in my case) that you have to ask for housekeeping. So you go up to your room then have to go back down for coffee, cups, bar soap, towels, etc. And the water/snacks they have are absolutely outrageously expensive with absolutely no prices listed anywhere so when you...

”The food was great but the room was to cold for me and my wife comfort. I tried many times to rise the temperature but it only went to 72.When I stay again for more than one night I will call the front desk to send maintenance to repair the issue.”
