”Clean room but lobby was under major construction. Staff tried their best to be accommodating but the free breakfast was a grab and go and the room was lacking a coffee pot, a couple of lightbulbs and hair dryer and microwave was old and a little dirty. Bed very comfortable. ”

”The property was in a location very favorable to us as a visit to the hospital across the street was our reason for staying there. The design and layout of the room was quirky to us, as was the shower area. You had to stand next to the tub in order to close the door, due to the clearance between the door edge and the edge of the toilet. Poor design in my opinion. The rest of our visit was very good!”

”The room smelled horrible like body odor and cleaning supplies. The cleaning smell did not overcome the body odor stench, my clothes the next morning smelled like it. The staff during checkout said they would have the manager contact me, but they never did. This place is for out of town workers that just need a place to crash for the night, spend a few more $$ and stay over by Harbison. I will not be staying again, lesson learned.”

”There were 2 dogs across the hall from our room. Their owners left them all evening and went out for dinner with friends. The dogs barked all evening. People down the hall were shouting 'Shut UP!!!'.
I called the front desk and they came up and first told me there were no rooms for me to move to. Why should I move? Then they told me they didn't have a key to the room where the dogs were. Really, no master key? A lie...
I thought about just leaving that night but had a long drive...
