”Helpful staff, room clean and tidy. However No body is wash and dispenser broken. Room was quite small but comfortable. Ok for a short stay.”

”This property was really nice. The location could not have been better, just a very short walk into the town centre where the city was buzzing and vibrant. We appreciated the fans, too, although we also brought our own. We are from Scotland, and we arrived into Salisbury in a big heatwave...something we are not used to. We had everything we needed in the property, all instructions were clear. It was very useful to have a dedicated parking spot - parking in Salisbury is expensive and not easy to...

”I arrived 15 min early and they wanted to charge me 20 pounds for early checkin. Called for extra towels and they did not deliver. Went to the front desk to ask for towels and they said that they did not have any available.”

”Room very clean & tidy looks like a recent refurbish which was very well done , the only thing was the mattresses could do with renewing , which is the only negative thing to say about our stay was able to help ourselves to tea ,coffee etc when needed . Could not ask for better staff , nothing to much trouble for them to do , very good choice for breakfast , never went out hungry also very good menu all round with a good choice of drinks at the bar , will definitely stay again and would highly...
