Tranquil Tuscan House with Pool and Scenic Views

A perfectly relaxing retreat in the hills of Lunigiana surrounded by views of the Apennine mountains - this 3 bedroom house in the quiet village of Ceserano is the perfect getaway for a week or more. An under-rated area of Northern Tuscany with everything to offer couples, families and individual travellers of all ages. Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there is so much to do and see. With beaches 40 mins away and beautiful historical towns within a short drive such as Fivizzano (20 mins), Sarazana (35 mins) the chic Pietra-Santa (50 mins) with its impressive square, galleries and designer shops, Massa-Carrara (40 mins) where Michelangelo sourced his marble and Liguria with the Italian Riviera and many beautiful coastal regions and towns within reach. This includes Cinque Terra, La Spezia, San Terenzo and Lerici. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to a stylish, comfortable house with a simple, traditional feel. There is a pool with stunning views where you can take a dip and cool off after sun bathing on the terrace (a sun trap!).

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a your stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the house has internet access and a smart TV. There are plenty of books and board games to keep you entertained. This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 (two couples and two sharing a twin room). In the Master bedroom, there's a king size double bed. Two bedrooms are adjacent to this- one twin bedded room with a small desk and balcony with incredible views of the surrounding hills. The charming third bedroom contains a small double bed. The bathroom, with bath, bidet and toilet is on the same floor as the bedrooms. There is also a second toilet/shower room in the Cantina at the bottom part of the house where the washing machine and door to the pool is located. The host will be staying next door and available to help with any info you may want about the area - including recommendations for the best local restaurants and excursions . The host and his family will have exclusive access the pool from 12 midday-2pm every day. Otherwise the pool will be available for your use the rest of the day. There is a table set up for al-fresco dining and deck and lounge chairs for relaxing on the terrace and around the pool. Linen and towels are also provided.  

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed in the house.
- There is free parking within 200 meters of the house.
