”For me entering a hotel a have welcoming staff it’s essential. It a great feeling to be greeted and answered all questions. I was amazed that the ladies at the front desk both speak Spanish. Isha explained everything with so much patience and then our room was excellent. Looked like a small apartment with mini kitchen and even a dishwasher. Breakfast was included and to my surprise it was a complete breakfast. Large variety of waffles, eggs and bacon, oatmeal with all the fixings, yogurt, cereal...

Saturday morning we reported that the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom sink was not draining and that the shower doors would not stay shut. We were told it would be taken care of by the time we returned. The toilet seat was fastened but nothing else was addressed. No room service with fresh towels, coffee pod refills or tissues since there were only 2 in the box. I mentioned the remaining 2 issues at...

”It's not a 5-star luxury hotel, but this kind of small and cozy bed and breakfast is just what we sometimes are looking for. When you are so warmly welcomed and a host is a lovely person, you really can experience more than you think. We really felt we were like local people when sitting outside on the porch. ”They cancelled me out of my room. I called earlier in the week to cancel two nights just to one, they wouldn’t let me. I had already paid for the two nights. I showed up Saturday with the room already paid for both night and they re booked my room and didn’t reimburse me my money. Never called me to notify me. Absolutely don’t recommend this place.”
