Our guest house is just a few minutes from NAU, Downtown and all that Flagstaff has to offer. You will enjoy privacy and comfort in our brand new guest house that has a completely separate entrance and is not accessible from the main house. Enjoy peace in the pines with A/C, a comfy living room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, full bath, washer/dryer, outdoor dining area, back porch with hammock and Adirondack chairs and your own full driveway.
The guesthouse is perfect for your visit to Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. We are conveniently located 6 minutes from the Flagstaff Airport, 10 minutes to downtown Flagstaff and easy access to I-40 & I-17. The Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) trail is connected to our neighborhood, giving you access to wonderful biking, hiking, and running trails.
This well-appointed guesthouse is ready for you! In addition to the two queen beds, there is a pullout couch that is a full size bed (good for kiddos). There is also a pack n' play for infants in the bedroom closet that is available, if needed.
Our neighborhood is quiet, heavily treed, family friendly and the perfect place to take your dog for a walk. There is a neighborhood park/playground, as well as a school field and playground in the neighborhood that are great for children and pets. Please clean up after your pet in the yard, as well as in the neighborhood.
You'll have an entire driveway to yourself. It is connected to our driveway, so please do not block the main driveway.
The TV has a subscription to Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu that you are welcome to use. There are other apps on the TV (Amazon Prime, Redbox, HBO Max, etc) that you can sign in with if you have an account.
We do allow dogs in our guesthouse for a fee. Due to allergies, we cannot accommodate cats. If you are bringing your furry friend, please let me know in advance, so I can prepare the place for you.
You have the entire place to yourself, plus a private backyard and patio.
This is a no smoking home (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc.). That includes outside the guesthouse. Thank you for your cooperation with this.
