Stayed here for visit to Grand Canyon about 1 hour and a half north. Price more reasonable than area closer to park. Visited in mid May when warm but hotel backed up to mountains with snow at the very top. Great view and stay

The room was average. The breakfast was ok. One of the front desk persons was quite condescending when my key card failed to work. She clearly said it was something i did. When they failed the next day i was treat much morr respectfully.

Parking is shared with another hotel and was uncertain where you could park if you came back late. Overall Hotel was a great find. Super clean, comfy bed and staff was friendly.

Property was ok. Leaving the property by car can be nerve racking. The best and safest way is to turn left and get to a nearby stop light!

Very nice hotel stay. Your common larger commercial stay. Property is close to a very very active freight rail line but with windows closed we slept just fine. Not walking distance to historical flagstaff but that’s what we wanted.

On third morning, the breakfast area was overly populated that there was no room for us to eat at a table. We returned 15 minutes later to the same situation.

We only stayed here one night on the way back from a long road trip. We weren’t expecting a lot but we’re very satisfied with our time. The front desk staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and had a microwave in them which was the only rooms during our trip that did. It came in handy for some leftovers we had. The building itself seems a little older. you could hear easily when people walked by in the hallway. I would stay here again if passing thru in the future

First day lady at check in was nice and friendly paid extra for early check in and late check out. Front desk at check out was not friendly and acted like an inconvenience to do her job at rekeying and kept saying don’t put by cell phone didn’t even have my phone on me and keys didn’t work as loading the car twice and she rolled her eyes multiple times and then the 2nd time at 12 when we paid to check out at 1 said “ do you need something you’re free to go” also said we didn’t have late check out which we did the manager in the morning approved and charged us for. Never ever staying here again. Horrible staff except breakfast staff was so friendly. Also lots of homeless in the area and are very loud. Also we’re in a pet room and there was pee on the floor my 1 year old almost crawled in and had to use a towel to clean.

We stayed here in 6 th and 7 th April. When we checked in ladies at the reception were very helpful but told us there is no room service till 8th so whatever u need pls call us. We didn't say anything about it. Next day morning when we went for breakfast pancake machine was not working. There were no regular tea sachets. We asked them if they can refill they said sorry we don't have any. We thought as it's snowed they didn't get chance to do it.7th we waited at the reception to ask that lady something. At that time she was on call she didn't refer look at us or acknowledge that she will be with us in few min. We waited waited and left. Next day on 8th morning there was another receptionist again we asked again for tea sachets they said we don't have any. I went to the reception and ask that lady who was working on 8th morning at the reception that there are no tea sachets and even yesterday there were no sachets. So this rude lady said we don't have any and do u want me to go to store now to get it for you? This is how you talk to your customers? She was extremely rude. Her behaviour was as if like we r staying free there and asking for everything. I will not at all recommend this place to anyone. Pool was very small. Jacuzzi was small too. In pic it looks like very nice and big. But not actually. Towels at the pool were like hand towels not even bath towels. Overall it's not worth the price. Think before u book this place.

OH my goodness- this review is for the incredible women working the front desk at the days in! They were so kind. We were a family of four traveling with our small dog from San Diego. We checked in tired, but both the women working in the evening and in the am were the kind, most helpful, generous people. Thanks for such warmth.

Clean, comfortable bed, great for an overnight stay. Keep in mind, the train runs by pretty close. You will hear it but it wasn't too bad for us older couple. Breakfast was good but sooo busy 10 minutes after starting the sausage was already gone. Friendly staff. I would stay here again

General Impression: Sufficient for a one-night stay; a dated yet adequately maintained and clean hotel. Location: Excellent, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Room: Decent size with clean, comfortable bedding. Bathroom: Small with no bathtub, a bit disappointing. Staff: Front desk was friendly but not very helpful. Did not mention anything about their facility or creek access from the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and they had coffee ready for us early-risers. It was a busy hotel and there were lots of people playing in the pool which is a bonus for my child. It just seemed like things were under control and people were happy.

The property is located across the street from railroad tracks which frequent trains blasting there horn at the crossing near by.

The hotel looks very old. The dining area is in the small lobby. The breakfast was very poor. The noise in the rooms from the other rooms is horrible. You can hear every move and every time they use the bathroom.
