The Space:
Due to the Flagstaff City Noise Ordinance, all music and loud conversations must end by 10pm! Per the law, we have decibel meters in the property to ensure this is followed.

Walk in the front door to the spacious first living room. To the right are the large dining area and open-concept kitchen! To the left are the primary suite with a King bed, a sleeper sofa, and an en-suite bathroom with two shower heads and sinks! Up the stairs, to the left, is a Queen bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom. Down the hallway to the right is a bunk room with four twin bunk beds and two trundles underneath, as well as the second living room with a sectional sofa, games, and TV. Across from that room is a full bathroom. And to the right is a Queen bedroom with a Queen trundle and a full en-suite bathroom!

Bedroom 1 (Main floor): King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Bunk/trundle (six twins) bedroom with full bathroom in the hallway

Additional sleeping areas (Main floor bedroom): Full-size sleeper sofa

*We have contracted snow removers who clear the driveway if it snows over 3 inches during your stay. Additionally, we have a snow shovel and salt at the property to keep the entryway clear and safe! We do not have control over when the city clears the roads; for this reason, if there's snow in the forecast for your stay, ensure you have the necessary groceries you need to enjoy the snow from the comforts of the property. Be sure to check the weather closer to your arrival. If there's snow in the forecast, time your trip so you come before or after the storm! We work around the clock regardless of weather, and the property will be ready for your arrival; for this reason, we do not issue refunds due to snow!*
