This new home offers a modern and minimalistic take on Flagstaff's traditionally rustic feel. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious back deck while taking in the beautiful views of Mount Elden. Multiple hiking trails can be accessed directly from the house or within a very short drive. The house is also a great take off point to explore multiple Arizona attractions including: Walnut Canyon, Sunset Crater Volcano, and Wupatki National Monuments all less than a 30 minutes away.

Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the ground floor along with kitchen, living room, and powder room. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub upstairs. The front porch, balcony, and deck provide plenty of options for taking in the amazing northern Arizona weather and views.

Guests can park in the private driveway. A unique key code will give unassisted entry to the unit via a smart lock.

You can easily reach the hosts via chat, text, or phone call during your stay with any questions.

This property is located within a new housing development on the east side of Flagstaff. Minutes from the shopping, dining, a movie theater and the Flagstaff Mall. Located just a 15 minute drive from downtown you can easily take in all the city has to offer.

The home has a tandem driveway that can easily fit two cars. The City of Flagstaff does not allow street parking in the winter months but in the summer there is also ample street parking.

The home is also a great place to stay for visiting Arizona Snowbowl which is only about 35 minutes to the resort. You can also take a day trip to the Grand Canyon which is about 1 hour and 35 minutes to the visitor center.

For safety purposes: ALL guests must exercise caution when using the fireplace.

To protect the property, security cameras are located around the exterior facing the following locations: The driveway, front yard, upstairs deck, back deck and back yard. These security cameras are active at all times.
Quiet Hours 10:00PM-8:00AM. Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING INSIDE. Feel free to smoke or vape outdoors, but please be courteous to others. $500 minimum cleaning charge for smoking indoors. Never leave the fireplace on if you leave the property.
