Perfect Getaway with Awesome Amenities and Stargazing

This house is absolutely perfect for a nice getaway - the pictures don’t do it justice! Great location, cute neighborhood and home decor, bedrooms are very spacious and the hot tub and pool table were a huge plus. We’ve never experienced such great stargazing! The host was very thorough and responded quickly. This house has everything you need!

Wonderful house

This was one of the best VRBO houses that I have ever stayed in. Family and pet friendly. The house also came with basic amenities that made the stay even easier. Will try and stay here every time I go to Flagstaff.

Family Getaway

The house was immaculate from the moment we pulled in the driveway. A lot of windows with beautiful views of the pines really made this trip special as we are from the valley where the only green to be seen this time of year is a cactus! The house was well equipped with towels, blankets, pillows, pots, pans, plates, and some condiments. The owner provided great instructions on how to use the hot tub, fire table, grill, and other things you would want to know about the house. It was also nice to get a car or two in the garage. The backyard has multiple areas to sit around and the grandkids had fun walking around on the hill and having s’mores by the fire. The bedrooms were very spacious, especially the master, and the open layout of the dining area, kitchen, and living room really provided more than enough room for the whole family to hang out and visit. The property was well worth the money and we hope to stay there again soon. Thanks Will.

This is our 2nd time staying at this house. We would not consider any other home. This home is the perfect house in the perfect location. And the host could not be better. I could go on but there is no reason to do so. This is THE place to stay.

The Best Place To Stay in Flagstaf. 10 Stars

Three things made this trip perfect (other than the weather which was perfect). First Will, the owner is amazing. Communication with him is immediate and if there is anything that you ask him, you get an answer in a few minutes. He is the best host I have ever dealt with and was one of the main reasons why we booked the house to begin with. Second is the house which is beautiful and perfect. You could not ask for a nicer house anywhere to stay in. Third is the location. We scouted out every location in Flagstaf while here and this is easily the best place to be. Getting to anything takes 10 minutes and you do not have to cross the train tracks to get to stores and restaurants which is wonderful. You can avoid almost all of the bad traffic from here and that is a big deal. I would say that this house deserves 10 stars but I am limited by the system. Between the house, the location and Will, you can not do better than staying in this house. One personal note. Our best meal was at Tinderbox. It is a step above everything else that we found in Flagstaf. Parking is easy (around the corner) and the food and drinks are great.

Many Positives, Except Constant Freeway Traffic Noise

This house is a terrific VRBO in so many ways. It's well stocked with everything you need, the owner/manager is pleasant and very responsive and the decor is super cute. Even though we were in a regular neighborhood, we felt like we were in a mountain chalet looking out at all the tops of the pine trees and enjoying the super cute cabin like decor inside. There are some upscale items in this house that are nice such as a KitchenAide stand mixer, a pool table and baskets of blanket throws to cuddle up with while watching TV. Prior to booking, I scoured the other reviews to see if anyone else had noted traffic sound, since the map shows the back of the home facing the direction towards Hwy 17. Since there was no mention of this, we figured it must not be an issue, so we were really disappointed at the constant hum of cars and grinding of semi-trucks the entire time we were there when we had the windows and slider open. Of course, we were there over a holiday weekend, and perhaps traffic was heavier than usual, but we found this to be a bummer, since we were desperate for a get away from the heat of Phoenix and really wanted to enjoy some fresh, cool air especially at night.

Perfect get away in Flagstaff

Had a wonderful time at this rental. The house itself is amazing. Has everything inside you could wish/need for. The views are amazing, from deck, side and back yard. Location is perfect!! It was close to downtown flagstaff, but made you feel like you were in the middle of woods once you entered the house and looked out the back. Would definitely rent again.

Graduation

My husband, our daughters and their spouses, my mom and my grandbaby chose to stay at your home for my daughters graduation from NAU. We loved the open floor plan so we could all talk and gather together. The view is amazing and the neighborhood is so quiet. The house is beautiful and had all we needed! Will was quick with answers to any questions I had. We all appreciated the bits of Star Wars we would discover!

All rooms are huge with well designed bathrooms . Plenty of places to sit and eat or play games. Laundry room is a dream!!!! They provide hand soaps, detergent and all you need to clean up!

Beautiful views, quiet luxury, everything you need

We made relatively late plans to take a quick trip to Flagstaff for some family fun in the snow. There were plenty of rentals available but this one stood out to us for a few reasons… the size of the home and the ability to comfortably accommodate our party of five. The views and proximity to beautiful pine trees and surroundings. The pool table. The available garage space. The nice large table in the kitchen. The updated styling of the home and the primary suite being on the first floor. So much goodness to appreciate. When we arrived at the home it was just as stated in the listing in a nice quiet neighborhood- perfect for what our family needed at the time. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless with everything being clearly laid out. The kitchen is fully stocked and not just with the bare minimum, but everything you could possibly need. This was just the retreat we needed!

Relax in the Woods

This home is very nicely appointed with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the privacy of the back deck with firepit and the side yard where we brought a Cornhole set. The pool table was an added bonus and we enjoyed playing cards and games at the large dining table. 15 minutes from downtown and.lots of walking trails nearby. We would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful Home and Easy Location

This home is spectacular! Comfortable, relaxing, awesome location to Flagstaff and an hour from Sedona. Home in the pines! We relaxed by the gas fire pit on the deck, enjoyed numerous games of pool and just plain relaxed. Definitely stay again. Super easy host.

Absolute Perfection!

Gorgeous home in an equally beautiful neighborhood. From the moment we walked through the door, everything was perfect! It's as if they took the best of every other VRBO and implemented it in this home. We were incredibly impressed by the the cleanliness and organization of every room. Our adult children joined us and the memories we created will last a lifetime. Hubby always brings his Baggo board, and the side yard was perfect for an epic competition! We hiked and biked the trails behind the house. ( I left some suggestions in the guest book.) Having a quick shower then plunging into the hot tub was magical after our long rides! Each evening by the fire pit on the patio was bliss. Our hosts were so kind to have propane tanks ready and labeled. Will is super easy to communicate with and responds almost instantly. If I could rate this property with a zillion stars, I would! That reminds me, we got to watch the meteor shower last night from the patio!

Experience was fantastic. Property is a appointmented with everything you would ever think of needing. The space is fantastic. The deck overlooking the forest and the Ponderosa Pines is amazing. The lower yard with the swing and jacuzzi and picnic table is a great escape if you want a little privacy from the group.

Family Trip

This house was the perfect place for us and our adult children and one grandchild to come to hang out for the weekend. The house is super cute, very clean and set up perfectly for everyone to hang out but also have their own space. Will was great at communicating and the check-in/out process was simple. My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway for the weekend. Upon researching the VBRO we came across this property. As with any online search you always wonder if the pictures are going to be reality. And let me just tell you this my friends, the pictures are exactly what you get when you step in to this gorgeous home. Not only was the property beautiful, but everything was so easy to book from start to finish. The owner, Will, was so quick to respond and so very kind. The upgrades in the house along with a beautiful decorations makes this a five star rental property for sure.
