Whether you're visiting to hike, explore Northern Arizona, attend an event at NAU, or simply relax beneath the pines, you'll find the perfect balance of mountain charm and modern comfort. Nestled in the peaceful pine community of Mountainaire, our home offers immediate access to nature while keeping downtown Flagstaff just 10–15 minutes away.

The bright, open-concept living area is filled with natural light from large windows overlooking towering ponderosa pines. After a day of adventure, unwind by the fireplace and stream your favorite show using our high-speed WiFi and smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. Radiant in-floor heating keeps the home warm during cooler months, while ceiling fans and cool mountain evenings provide plenty of comfort in the summer.

The downstairs primary suite features a California King Tuft & Needle mattress and a private en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you'll find a Queen bedroom along with a loft featuring a premium Olympic Queen sleeper sofa with a true mattress—no uncomfortable bars. Open the windows and enjoy the crisp mountain air while you sleep.

Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face wash so you can pack a little lighter.

One of our favorite features is the fully fenced backyard. Enjoy your morning coffee beneath the pines, relax in the hammock while watching birds visit the feeders, grill dinner on the propane BBQ (propane provided), or simply unwind outdoors after a day of exploring. The fenced yard also provides a safe place for children and dogs to play.

Located in the quiet mountain community of Mountainaire, the home offers the convenience of a neighborhood setting with the Coconino National Forest just two blocks away. Miles of hiking and biking trails begin right from the neighborhood, while downtown Flagstaff, NAU, Fort Tuthill, Pepsi Amphitheater, and Flagstaff Pulliam Airport are all within a 10–15 minute drive. Sedona is about 30 minutes away, Arizona Snowbowl and Bearizona are approximately 45 minutes away, Lake Mary is 25 minutes away, and the Grand Canyon makes for an unforgettable day trip in under two hours.

Dogs are welcome! We allow up to two dogs with a $75 pet fee. The yard is fully fenced, waste bags are provided, and a kennel along with a gated kitchen area is available if needed. We simply ask that pets stay off the furniture and that guests clean up after them.

Please note that unauthorized late check-outs incur a $150 fee unless approved in advance, as we frequently have same-day turnovers.
